fim software package provides scriptable frame buffer, X.org and ascii art image viewer, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fim
fim is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fim package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fim *
You will get with fim package name, version, architecture and description in a table
